We made 4 leaf clovers to show 4 things that we feel "lucky" for. We played a St. Patrick's Day sight word game during Daily 5. We made Leprechaun traps to try and catch the little, sneaky, green guy! We wrote about what we would do if we found a pot of gold. They came up with some great ideas! Some were very generous and said they would give it to the class, their friends, or their family! Great ideas! The Leprechaun came to visit but we didn't catch him! He made a huge mess and we had to clean up after him. At least he left us a yummy treat though!
Mrs. Burch (Olivia's mom) came to read to us! The Grump, Grump Fish! Such a cute story! She even gave us stickers! Thank you Olivia's mom!
"Stop Teaching And Read For Your Support of Haiti!" Thank you for continuously filling out your bookmarks weekly to show your support for Haiti. Every time our entire classroom has 100% participation on our bookmarks, we are showing our support and raising water filters for Haiti. Every Wednesday, the entire school takes 15 minutes to STARFYSH! Here are Miss Fausett's Wise Owls reading away and showing our support for Haiti!
